Finding the Right Size
Let's find the correct helmet size for you!
Keep in mind helmet sizes vary widely by manufacturer. Measuring your head is a starting point to determine what helmet size to order. However, this is not the only factor. Due to varying head shapes and individual body types, measuring your head with a tape measure to determine your helmet size is not an exact science. Don't despair - we can help. Please read on!
To get the most accurate measurement you will need a tailor's tape measure to measure your head. We suggest someone assist you when trying to measure your head. To achieve an accurate measurement of your head, place the bottom of the measuring tape approximately ½ inch to 1 inch above the eyebrows in front and at a point in the back of the head that results in the largest possible measurement. Take several measurements to make sure you have an accurate measurement.
Keep in mind the shape of your head (ex. oval vs round) is as important as the measurement.
If you do not have a tailor's tape measure, please refer to the video at the bottom of the page for instructions on how to find the correct helmet measurement.
